Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day (we do not dispatch orders on weekends unfortunately!). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

• UK Free Royal Mail Shipping Tracked (2 – 4 days)
• UK Fedex Next Working Day (flat rate)
• International DHL Deliveries

Orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to your own country's import charges, taxes and duty.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you will be very happy with the item you have purchased from us.

However, if you feel you need to return it, we will accept back any item within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund, provided it has been neither washed nor dry-cleaned and is in the same physical condition as when it was dispatched. 
Please send the product you want to return back to us with a note of your name, order number and either return or exchange request. We will refund you for the items, or exchange if you need a different size!

You’re able to cancel a pre-order at anytime for a full refund by contacting our customer care team.

We will refund your purchase within 5 days of receiving your package or send out a replacement.

Please note return shipping is not included.
