How long does delivery take and where does inara ship to?
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the UK on all orders placed on inaraloungewear.com.
For most UK orders, delivery is the next day if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday. Orders being delivered to Europe typically take 2-4 working days and orders being delivered to the other areas outside Europe will typically take 3-5 working days. Inara are not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email or text from one of our shipping partners. Using the tracking number and link provided in this email or text - you will be able to track your order, register further instruction for the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour) or opt to change the delivery address within the same country.
How do I confirm my size of inara outfits?
We always ensure the trim and cut of all our styles hang beautifully on the body. For this reason, we have a size guide perfect for our different clothing categories, to ensure you find your perfect fit. View the inara size guide, or find further details available on every product page.
How do I care for my inara outfits?

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Every inara outfit is wrapped in tissue paper in a signature branded box perfect for gift giving.

How can I return my order?
We hope you will love your inara order, but if you’d like to return it for any reason it can be returned for exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt. For our full returns policy please see our Returns & Refunds page.
How long do refunds take?
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed and your account has been credited or your exchange has been shipped. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
