How much does delivery cost?
All UK orders are shipped free with Royal Mail.
Shipping outside the UK is free on orders with a value over £100.00. Otherwise, shipping outside the UK is charged based on delivery location.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same business day if placed before 1 pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day (ex., orders placed Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday)
For most UK orders, delivery takes 1-2 days after dispatch, so will often arrive the day after the order is placed.
Deliveries to Europe typically take 2-4 working days and orders outside Europe will typically take 3-5 working days.
inara are not responsible for any unanticipated delays or fees caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Currently we deliver to the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, and across Europe
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email or text from one of our shipping partners. You can use the tracking number and link provided to track your order, register further instruction for the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour,) or change the delivery address.
What size should I order?
A unique size guide can be found on every product page next to the size selector. Our sizes are designed for a relaxed fit, so we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes, or sizing down if you prefer a more fitted silhouette.
Can my inara PJs go in the washing machine?
Yes, our 100% cotton pyjamas are designed to be easy to care for, and that includes machine washing. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry to make them last as long as possible.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Every inara outfit is wrapped in tissue paper in a signature branded box perfect for gift giving.

How can I return my order?
We hope you will love your inara order, but if you’d like to return it for any reason it can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. For our full returns policy please see inara's Shipping and Returns page.
How long do refunds take?
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed and your account has been credited or your exchange has been shipped. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
